    RiskWare wins prestigious National Merit iAward

    Melbourne – Today, at the Palladium Crown Complex, at a gala dinner, the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) announced the top technology innovators for the year to celebrate the 2010 iAwards. PAN Software is extremely excited to announce that it was presented in front of the Honourable John Lenders MLC, Minister for Information and Communication Technology with a prestigious National iAward for its innovative riskware – Enterprise Risk Intelligence Software.

    It makes riskware the first Enterprise Risk Management Software application to win the prestigious award and is a ringing endorsement of the innovation and quality of riskware which has been designed and developed from the ground up by our R&D team based in Melbourne.

    PAN Software has been invited to represent Australia at the 2010 Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards, competing in Malaysia against the best technology solutions in the region for its innovative riskware – Enterprise Risk Intelligence Software.   • State Emergency Service

    State Emergency Service selects RiskWare

    Melbourne – Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer based emergency service. VICSES has a wide range of roles including planning for and responding to floods, severe storms, earthquakes, tsunami, operates the largest network of road rescue in Australia as well as search and rescue. VICSES also provides a support role to other emergency service agencies including Victoria Police.

    VICSES also has a major planning role providing support and advice to Local Government in relation to the performance and exercise of their duties and responsibilities under the Emergency Management Act 1986, auditing of Municipal Emergency Management Plans and providing advice and training in emergency management to both Government and non government organisations.

    There are more than 5500 committed and dedicated volunteers around the state who provide these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    VICSES conducted a review of available Risk Management products and PAN Software is pleased to announce that riskware was selected after numerous presentations and submissions to the VICSES selection team.

    Department of Education and Early Childhood Development extends its investment in RiskWare

    Melbourne - The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) brings together a range of services for young people from before birth to the beginning of adulthood.

    DEECD supports and advises the Minister for Education and Training, the Minister for Education Services and helps with the management and administration of their portfolios. DEECD is a 7 billion dollar organisation.

    Following on from the successful implementation of the Incident Management Module of riskware to enable every DEECD employee to log, manage and track adverse events in the Department, DEECD last week signed a contract to implement both the Risk Management Module and Claims Management Module of riskware providing a holistic view of organisational risk.

    DEECD is riskware largest single implementation supporting over 92,000 licensed users spread over 1,200 locations.
